Excerpt from Parallel Worlds by Josephine Sellers
During our time living in that ancient valley, Brian and I had constantly been aware of a wild herd of ‘Yesterday’s Celtic Horses’. We often walked the valley floor in the moonlight with our dogs and would both be aware of a sensation of galloping horses coming from behind us, and would stand still whilst the horses made their way around us. Sometimes when we were out riding along the valley, our horses would suddenly sense the approach of this huge energy and we would have to restrain them from wanting to ‘run with the herd’.
When our time came to leave the cottage, we both felt sad to be leaving the etheric Celtic herd and so decided to invite them to move with us, to Somerset, to reside in the long and beautiful valley that the farm sat on the side of. This valley had been the site of a huge ancient Medieval village. I felt I would be able to invite this ‘Yesterday’s Herd’ to work with us on a higher level of contact in my practise of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. Brian and I never told anybody about this herd of horses. Five years after moving to the farm in Somerset, we met up with a very intuitive young lady who used to come and care for our animals when we went away on holiday. One day she just turned round to us and asked if we were aware that there was an etheric herd of Celtic Horses running on the valley floor below the farm. This kind of confirmation is always so gratefully received, as my readers will know, I like to be sure that what I see, feel and know, shows itself to others. We all need confirmation from time to time that we are not alone in our perceptions. It is our benchmark of authenticity.
